If you want to live together in an apartment, we need the documents listed below from both persons. (Only possible in the categories PLUS and ROOFTOP XL in Deulstraße and the categories PREMIUM, PREMIUM PLUS, PREMIUM PLUS XL in Mühlenstraße. In each case against a monthly surcharge of 50 euros)

As a student:

• Copy of your ID or passport
• Visa confirmation (if applicable)
• Certificate of enrollment
• Proof of debt freedom concerning rent from your former landlord
• Schufa credit report (Only necessary if you have already lived in Germany.)

As Apprentice or Trainee:

• Copy of your ID or passport
• Visa confirmation (if applicable)
• Working contract
• Proof of debt freedom concerning rent from your former landlord
• Schufa credit report (Only necessary if you have already lived in Germany.)
• Your last three payslips

Working in Berlin:

• Copy of your ID or passport
• Visa confirmation (if applicable)
• Working contract
• Proof of debt freedom concerning rent from your former landlord
• Schufa credit report (Only necessary if you have already lived in Germany.)
• Your last three payslips
